G’day, I’m Damian, a globally travelled former corporate leader turned full-time professional coach, sci-fi tragic, and lifelong student of technology and human behaviour. After decades working across Australia, Asia, the Middle East and beyond, I now focus entirely on the work that matters most to me: helping people lead with clarity, courage and authenticity.
Over the past five-plus years, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals, from first-time managers and new leaders to senior executives, partners, PhD researchers and globally recognised scientists. I understand the pressure, uncertainty and ambition that come with modern leadership, and I know how to help people navigate it with confidence.
As an ICF-credentialled PCC coach (and a committed student of Stoic philosophy), my approach is grounded in ethics, practical experience and genuine curiosity. I don’t tell clients what to do; I challenge their assumptions, stretch their thinking, and support them to reach the level of performance they know they’re capable of.
